Nitya Pillai joined the law firm of Panessa & Associates, LLC as an intern back in 2004 during her tenure as a law student at Georgia State Univesity. Ms. Pillai has always shown a dedication and work ethic that is the key to success in any field. Upon graduating from law school in 2006, Ms. Pillai immediately begain working full time at Panessa & Associates, LLC and has already begun trying cases.

Her litigation experience includes several construction cases already since passing the bar. She is a tough young woman with keen discovery skills in construction lawsuits. Her work in discovery has been instrumental in our construction litigation practice. Panessa & Associates, LLC is pleased and excited to have Ms. Pillai as a rising star in the Atlanta construction litigation field.
