Brian K. Panessa graduated from Georgia State Law School in 1998 and quickly began his career as an Atlanta trial lawyer with one of the largest insurance carriers in Georgia. In 2000, Mr. Panessa, after honing his trial lawyer skills, left the insurance industry to become general counsel for Nationsdevelopment, Inc., a major land developer in the Atlanta market at that time. Mr. Panessa left Nations to start his own law firm and to become an Atlanta home builder.

By 2001, Mr. Panessa had fully established his own Atlanta law firm, with a thriving construction litigation practice and was building his home building business at a rapid pace. What separates Mr. Panessa from most other Atlanta construction lawyers is his in-depth, personal knowledge of every trade involved in the construction process. Great construction lawyers know the trades involved in the litigation process before process begins.
